Majority of leg work was done before we showed up, financing was taken care of quickly, solid and detailed review of unit was done with us Five Stars all the way around. Family owned business that treats you like family!

We bought our RV from Cactus 4 1/2 years ago. The whole process was amazing from start to finish. They even delivered our RV. Fast forward to the now and we needed the RV serviced before our cross country trek. Doug from the service department is the best. He was able to help us with our shortcomings as RV travelers even after the service was complete over the phone while we were in Utah. Long story short Doug and his crew assisted us with our operator errors while setting up and operating our RV. Very appreciative of their willingness to walk us through our issues.

I ordered a 2021 Xcursion Tri-Toon from these folks. The sale was a great experience, both Phil's (Sr. & Jr.)and Ron were very good at getting me what I was looking for and keeping me in the loop on delivery times for the boat and the trailer. Phil Jr. and his wife went the extra mile upon delivery, it was incredible. I don't write reviews until after the first service because that is what separates a good experience from not so good experience. The service on my boat was very good, I gave Kenny and Phil Jr my list of things to look at. They took care of all of the items they could fix, the only item they could not fix was damage to the toons, which I didn't expect them to fix but they tried. Kudos to the Cactus RV team.

New in town and was trying to upgrade my 5th wheel hitch from a 16lk to a 20k. Went to Quality bumper in Tucson. They said I would need new rails and said it would take 2 days to install. Went to Cactus RV. They had the hitch and had me on my way in 1 hour. Cost was $479 versus $1,202 at quality bumper.

Purchasing our new 5th wheel Toy Hauler and working with Michael @ Cactus RV Tucson exceeded our exceptions. We had a very negative experience with a larger RV dealership in our state with the same brand. Forced us to look into other sates for the unit we wanted. From the 1st phone call with Michael in sales was a breath of fresh air. He knows his products and our life style needs. He explained and followed all the steps needed to make this a painless purchase. He sent detailed pictures and addressed all my questions quickly as if I was at the Tucson location and not out of state. Cactus RV Tucson crew are all very helpful as when we showed up to pick up our new 5th wheel the staff was waiting for us. Very detailed walk through and they installed new trailer hitch set up. We went dry camping for three weeks straight from Cactus RV to the Sand Dunes. Our unit was ready to go with full water, propane, full charged batteries. and all equipment checked. The Cactus team handled the paperwork with my state to have it registered in Colorado. We ended up happy with a brand new unit we wanted still in plastic interior coverings and many more upgraded options. I would recommend Cactus RV and will call on them again on our next RV purchase. It was worth the drive with no hidden surprises. Great experience working with Scott and his team. Found the boat on a monday and just a few calls later he delivered the boat on Saturday!! On 8 July a Monday Morning I Walked into Cactus RV and asked for the most cutthroat, dishonest, and do anything to sell an RV salesperson, Phil Jr stood up and said " I'm the owner's son" LoL, I knew I had the right guy, long story short...blown away, best buying experience I've ever had, customer service is the best, clean organized work area, low pressure sales, easy to meet in the middle on price, refundable deposit to hold vehicle while you discuss with family :) Not only did I buy a great Coleman Lx 1605 FB Travel Trailer, but I made a couple of friends in the process. To say the team at Cactus RV were consummate professionals is an understatement. They exemplify every single quality and characteristic of a professionally run organization from the time you first contact them to well after the deal has closed. I dealt with the owner Ron and most of his family. They made sure every step of the process went smoothly. They made sure Jefferson County received all the necessary paperwork for me to register it in Colorado. I have bought and sold (and represented car dealers) over 100 vehicles of every type. Cactus RV is now at the top of my list and it should be on yours as well. This is a not a paid promotion and I did not disclose to them I would eventually rate their service. They had a strong desire to provide exemplary customer service from the inception. I not only saved thousands of dollars and purchased a 2020 instead of a 2019 (crooked world had the 2019 and reportedly assured me they were giving me all the rebates and I had to finance through them to get the rebates...liar liar pants on fire) but I met some amazing people at Cactus RV. They have a customer for life.

We drove ALL THE WAY from Aurora, Oregon to buy our Genesis, our first trailer. 1472 miles.

Weeks before we came, I sent my snow-bird parents in to take a look-see at the models I stalked online for months. Both Phil and Michael spent HOURS with them, and once my husband and I arrived weeks later, spent HOURS with us. They answered every little question we had about everything RVing - they were so patient with us. They exceeded their promises, knew what they were talking about, treated their staff great and I just can't say enough good things about the Cactus family. They made sure we were ready for our trip back home with water, propane and tank treatment. Sales, Service, Finance, Parts dept: these are THE GOOD GUYS and we would gladly make the trek again to get a trailer (and a hat!!) from Cactus. THANK YOU to everyone who helped us!!

I bought a 2018 Forest River Wildwood from a dealer in Dallas, Texas and immediately returned to Tucson with the trailer. In route we found many warranty items that needed correction. I contacted Angel at Cactus RV who although being a Forest River dealer, was under no obligation to correct deficiencies in a trailer sold by another dealer. However Angel said to bring my trailer in and he would take care of it. Not only did he correct the items on my list but he made corrections to items I had not noticed including the replacement of the hot water heater. We are 100 per cent pleased with Angel's attention to detail and the service he gave us. Angel and Cactus RV has made us fans forever.

Yesterday 4/25 I made the trek from Northern California to trade in my Genesis 35 CR for my new Genesis 40CR . This being my 3rd toy hauler purchase i'm no stranger to the long line of BS and draw dropping statements that can come from a trailer sales persons mouth. To my surprise this whole transaction teetered on the line of too good to be true but the shoe never dropped. I called Phil JR he confirmed the trailer was still there, filled out the app, he called the next morning to tell me i was approved and my trade would be a welcomed addition to their lot . In my head "hmm that was easy " ? Couple days later I made the 16 hr drive to the store, the trailer was ready and cleaned up and ready for PDI despite me being about 50 mins early for my appointment . Was greeted before i was completely out of my truck . Finance was a breeze and my aftermarket trusty Goosebox was already installed on the new trailer as i walked back into service for the final walk thru. I arrived at 12:14pm and was back on the road at 2:05pm. Besides losing 1.5 MPGs on my Ram I absolutely love my new trailer and i appreciate the great deal and hospitality from everyone I interacted with at the store . Keep doing what you're doing fellas!!

You can't beat the convenience of having a clean, top of the line, "home" at the track ready to move into for the weekend, and then just going home when the weekend is over! From start to finish Jeff made this process go as smooth as he possibly could. He was very accommodating. When we were picking out features he was able to show us exactly what we wanted. We shopped around quite a bit and made the drive to Tucson and so glad that we did. After our custom order was complete we had the service manager Deven do a walk through. He did not disappoint. Deven went step by step showing us everything from how to run the generator to slides to even hooking it up to the trailer. Deven and Jeff both were willing to go above and beyond every step of the way. When we were shopping around in Phoenix we would ask questions and always get uninformed answers. We shopped 3 dealers in the phoenix area and got about the same treatment at all of them. I looked up Forest River trailers in Tucson and found Cactus Auto/RV. Looking at the their website I found the exact same trailer there priced about 5000 less than was advertised up here. I called and spoke with Michael and gave him our trade information. A deal was reached on paper and I went to the local dealer gave him the figures he said he'd get back to me,never did. Another dealer told me flat out no way can cactus RV do this deal no way would I get that interest rate he told me their numbers were a mess and that my drive to Tucson would be a total waste. The third dealer told me when I brought him a serious offer he'd talk to us. We arrived at Cactus and we were met as we were pulling in and assisted with where to park our trade. We inspected our new trailer and learned a few things about it the dealers up north must have forgot. It was time for the paperwork. We met with Ron. Bracing for the worst he said "hey I've got some good news the bank approved you at a lower rate!" We finished up the paperwork in a short time and went out to get going. They found a few minor adjustments to make and shortly after a final inspection we were on our way home. This is not your typical RV dealership. We feel like we bought a travel trailer from a group of friends. To everyone there THANK YOU!! Michael and Ron are the best. Everyone else thank you too. As we are driving off the lot feeling exhilarated by our new purchase, we can't help but appreciate the quality of service we received. We had a very good experience here. Drove down from Phoenix. They were able to get us financing when a couple other places couldn't. And it was very good financing through a credit union, not ass rape financing. We bought a like new used 30' TT and had a couple issues which they fixed right on site. I would buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking.

The customer service is unreal! After having a bad taste in my mouth from the guys at Rowley White, these guys turned what should have been a wasted trip into one that we won't forget! After only being able to give them less than a day to help my wife and I, they got us a better rate for a better trailer and had our hitch installed and everything done in just a few hours......on a Saturday! WOW!! I will start by staying that we live 835 miles from Cactus RV and we worked with Sean on our purchase over a month long period. Being the control freak that I am, this stressed me out purchasing a brand new 2016 $58K toy hauler, sight unseen. There were a few hiccups through the process because the initial toy hauler we wanted was sold and we loved all the custom details and upgrades that that toy hauler had. Sean had already heard about 3 other disappointments we had with losing out on a few other toy haulers wed found online and he wanted our business so he talked with Phil, the owner and wanting to make us happy, they were able to contact the manufacturer to have them custom build us our own toy hauler with some of the same features that we wanted and some other upgrades we didn't initially know about. To reiterate, Im a control freak and that said, we were constantly nagging them about all the details, cost, upgrades, financing and we still needed to purchase a 5th wheel hitch to be able to move the beast. I was a wreck at times, especially since we wouldn't get photos of it until the day that we were to start our 12 hour drive to pick it up because they couldn't take pictures until they picked it up from the manufacturer. It was a bit of a rush/time crunch because of holidays, time off work coordination and the turn-around drive that we faced. The entire time all of this was going on, Sean and (I believe it was another Sales Manager) Jeff were assuring, reassuring, and promising that we would be happy when we saw it and that they would make it right, guaranteed everything would be in order and ready to go by our time deadline. We were in Tuscon by 6 AM on the day of pick up and we were told that they would be there and open early to get everything detailed, tanks filled, appliances checked and a full walk through of the RV. We were surprised to see that at just about 6:30 the crew started to arrive and were immediately at work on our toy hauler. Because we were anxious to get a glimpse of our new toy hauler, we pulled in and parked, you know, one of those annoying customers that cant leave things be. Im pretty sure us being there that early, standing around, hovering, watching their every move wasnt fun for them, but they humored us and let us walk around and start looking at everything. I even made a peace offering to the hard working guys by going and picking up a couple dozen doughnuts which they thanked us for. Going above and beyond our expectations, they were able to get us the 5th wheel hitch we needed and installed it for us. The paperwork was easy and the numbers were as agreed upon. We were even able to do a last minute switch up on the batteries for our solar package to golf cart batteries. The owner, Phil and our salesman Sean were very patient, informative and graciously accommodating. Their crew of workers that went through every inch of the toy hauler were kind, hard-working and I never once heard them complain about our hovering and the early morning start. All in all I know this is a long review, but this stress crazed, OCD, control freak was able to leave Cactus Auto RV not only with a smile and warm fuzzy feelings, but with a contentment that there REALLY are companies still out there at are family owned and operated, that appreciate their customers, that go above and beyond to make things right and stand by their word to get things done. Phil and his crew are top notch, they understand customer service and I can only hope that well run into them somewhere on the road out playing with our toys in the sand. And should we ever be in the market for another RV of any type, we will be contacting Cactus Auto RV FIRST because theyre not only great professionals, theyre now part of our extended family.

Cactus RV has the MOST AWESOME crew anyone could ask for. Talk about service & going above & beyond , they go to the Moon & Back for their customers. Greatest group around. From sales (Anthony) all the way to the service guys!! Had a hitch installed and they did all the adjustments and even checked the air pressure in the truck tires. This is a group that cares more about the safety and less about the sales. You guys ROCK!!

Yesterday 4/25 I made the trek from Northern California to trade in my Genesis 35 CR for my new Genesis 40CR . This being my 3rd toy hauler purchase i'm no stranger to the long line of BS and draw dropping statements that can come from a trailer sales persons mouth. To my surprise this whole transaction teetered on the line of too good to be true but the shoe never dropped. I called Phil JR he confirmed the trailer was still there, filled out the app, he called the next morning to tell me i was approved and my trade would be a welcomed addition to their lot . In my head "hmm that was easy " ? Couple days later I made the 16 hr drive to the store, the trailer was ready and cleaned up and ready for PDI despite me being about 50 mins early for my appointment . Was greeted before i was completely out of my truck . Finance was a breeze and my aftermarket trusty Goosebox was already installed on the new trailer as i walked back into service for the final walk thru. I arrived at 12:14pm and was back on the road at 2:05pm. Besides losing 1.5 MPGs on my Ram I absolutely love my new trailer and i appreciate the great deal and hospitality from everyone I interacted with at the store . Keep doing what you're doing fellas!!

Want to give a shout out to Phil Delaney & Ron Furlong at Cactus RV for providing an RV rental service for the racers at Tucson Dragway!!! You can't beat the convenience of having a clean, top of the line, "home" at the track ready to move into for the weekend, and then just going home when the weekend is over! No hotels, no fast food, no leaving the track early, or getting up even earlier to get to the track = Cactus RV FTW!!! Thanks again, guys...you all are awesome!!!
